Conduit v0.20.4 release

Conduit v0.20.4 is a patch release. It fixes a source read that ignored its context, gives a malformed conduit.yaml a stable error code, and documents every exit code in connectors bundle --help.

Key Highlights​

  • Source.Read now honours its context. An idle read blocked in the gRPC stream ignored caller cancellation; it now returns context.Canceled promptly, without dropping records the plugin sent in the meantime.
  • Malformed conduit.yaml gets a stable error code. A bad config file used to surface as internal.unknown with exit code 1; it now reports config.parse_error with the file path, line and column, and exits 2 (validation).
  • connectors bundle --help is complete. The help now lists the index integrity, freshness, rollback, schema-too-new, trust-anchor and trust rejection codes the command can actually raise.
  • CI stability. The flaky concurrent-processors chaos test and the provisioning test teardown were hardened, so the required test check no longer flakes.
